Ada/Forest Hills Extravaganza 2025

On Saturday, March 8th, the ABA will be hosting the Ada/Forest Hills Extravaganza (formerly the Expo), from 9am to 1pm at Ada Christian School.

Shelley Irwin of The Shelley Irwin Show will serve as our event emcee!

The Extravaganza will highlight businesses, products and services available in the local area, while offering great entertainment and engaging activities for the entire family!

What to expect at the Extravaganza:

80+ businesses all under one roof!
LIVE performances from HMD Dance (9:30am), David Matthew Studios (11am) and Ada Dance Academy (12:20pm). Plus, Elvis Tribute Artist, Liam Doyle at 11:40am!
The Great Bouquet Showdown at 10:15am, featuring Michelle Dunaway and Elliot Grandia from Fox 17 and Shelley Irwin! Florals donated by The Artisan Fox.
Baker Auto Group Hummers, Electric Sierra, Yukon and more to view up close. See the Hummers ‘crab walk’!
Touch-a-Truck featuring vehicles from Ada Fire Department, Kent County Sheriff’s Department, Flat River Electric, GFL and Sneller!
Sports demonstrations! Soccer 10-11am with the Forest Hills Eastern Soccer Coach and hockey 11:30am-12:30pm with Griffin's Hockey Podcast Network.
Forest Hills Central Drum Line welcome at 9am!
A custom covered bridge Lego build! This build is recommended for ages 8 and up. This is a family activity - one Lego set per family.
Story Arcade themed Literati Book Fair! Books for sale for kids in grades K-8.
Character meet & greets: Superheroes - 11am-1pm! Princesses Rapunzel (9am - 11am) and Belle (11am - 1pm). Rapunzel will be teamed with Heidi Christine’s Salon who will be offering free braiding. Belle will be in the Library! Buckets from the Grand Rapids Gold! The Wise Bear.
Ada Christian School Robotics team!
i9 interactive play zone!
Door prize drawing at 12:15pm. The grand prize package: 2 Tickets to a Grand Rapids Griffins Game, 2 Griffin Pipeline Podcast Hats, and a Hockey Puck Signed by Josiah Didier, Captain of the Grand Rapids Griffins.
Food court hosted by the ACS Boosters!

This event is open to the public with FREE admission and parking. Additional parking will be available at Ada Congregational Church and St. Roberts of Newminster.
