Ada/Forest Hills Extravaganza 2027
Mark your calendars for one of the ABA’s largest community events of the year! The Ada/Forest Hills Extravaganza returns Saturday, March 6th, bringing local businesses, organizations, families and community members together for a day filled with connection, discovery and fun. With strong foot traffic throughout the event, participating businesses have the opportunity to showcase their products and services, build relationships and connect face-to-face with future customers.
This year, the Extravaganza is moving to Forest Hills Central Middle School, providing a new setting for this growing community event.
More Than a Business Expo:
Along with showcasing local businesses and organizations, the Extravaganza offers a fun, family-friendly experience with live entertainment, activities, interactive experiences, demonstrations and more. More exciting details to be announced soon!

EXTRAVAGANZA VENDOR | $300 | Non-Member $400 - Registrants December 22, 2026 to January 29, 2027, or when booths are ‘Sold Out’.

The Ada/Forest Hills Extravaganza is FREE to attend with FREE parking. Bring the family, meet local businesses and organizations, and spend the morning discovering everything the Ada and Forest Hills community has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event. Sponsorships are non-transferable.
