Running a business comes with plenty of questions, challenges and decisions — and sometimes the best solutions come from someone who has been there, too.

BOSS is a new ABA peer-to-peer leadership roundtable designed for business owners who want practical ideas, fresh perspectives and meaningful connections with other business owners.

Each month, a small group will:
• Learn a practical business tool or strategy
• Bring real business challenges to the table
• Work through those challenges with peer input and perspective
• Build relationships with other business owners

Led by Barb Reimbold, a business systems expert and Certified EOS Implementer, BOSS will meet from 11:30am - 1pm on the first Thursday of September, October and November, with a small group of 12 – 15 participants.

This isn't a presentation. It's not a traditional networking event. And there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. It's business owners sharing what they know, asking good questions and helping each other find a way forward.
