About Us

Holland Home is one of the largest non-profit senior care organizations in Michigan and the 67th largest in the United States -- faithfully serving older adults since 1892. It has continuously evolved, grown, and innovated to meet the changing needs of those seeking comfortable and vibrant living environments as well as compassionate and expert health care and wellness services. Every day, Holland Home serves over 6000 people by providing a full continuum of care – independent living, assisted living, in-home help and health care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, memory care (through our Dementia Institute program), and hospice care (through our Faith Hospice company). Holland Home employees approximately 1500 staff to provide its vast array of services.

Over the years, Holland Home has addressed the needs of our community by adding new facilities and expanding services, beginning with Fulton Manor in the early 1900s, to opening its Raybrook campus in the 1970s, and establishing Breton Woods in the 1990s. For older adults who are choosing to remain in their own residence, Holland Home added in-home care to it’s range of services. Through Atrio Home Health, Atrio Help at Home and Holland Home’s affiliate PACE program (CARE Resources) and care management programs (Reliance Community Care Partners and Tandem 365), Holland Home provides a range of services and programs to make sure aging adults get the care and help they need at home.
