About Us

The name “eido” is taken from an ancient Greek word which means “to know”. It describes a knowledge based on perception rather than experience, much like illumination or enlightenment. We call it ELEVATION.

In life we learn that, more often than not, we need help to clearly “know” the things that will help us ELEVATE to the places we want to be and to truly THRIVE.

We started eido for the sole purpose of helping individuals and organizations do just that. Through executive coaching, leadership and organizational development, culture building, and consulting, we help clarify what matters, simplify complexity, and see a way through.
